Refunds

Deposits

The deposit holds a slot in my schedule. If you cancel before I've started sketching, I refund it in full. Once sketches are sent, the deposit isn't refundable.

Partial delivery

If a job stops partway, you pay for the stage reached. Concepts only is 40% of the quote, after the first revision round 70%. You get the files for whatever was paid.

If I can't finish

If I have to drop a job for my own reasons, you get back everything you paid for work not delivered.

Small jobs

Jobs under €250 are paid upfront. If the first draft misses the brief completely, I'll redo it once or refund it.
