Terms

These are the basic rules for working with me. Short version: you and I agree on scope, I do the work, you pay, you get the files.

Scope

Every job starts with a brief and a quote. The quote lists what I'll make, how many revision rounds are included and a rough timeline. Extra work outside that gets quoted separately before I start it.

Payment

Jobs under €250 are paid upfront. Bigger jobs take a 50% deposit, with the rest due on final delivery.

Rights

Once paid in full, you can use the final artwork for the purpose agreed in the quote. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to before the job starts.

Feedback

If I don't hear from you for 30 days during a job, I'll treat it as paused. I can pick it up later, schedule allowing.
